The staff were extremely great, had a great attitude;))

The room we had included a couch and a dressing table. the location was peaceful and marvelous, for example, Paramount Tennis Club was not too far away from the hotel.

Well-appointed and well laid out room with a full kitchen and good equipment, for instance. Wonderful location near eateries and bars. The pool area is clean too...

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Cleveland for a quick business trip. The hotel staff was welcoming and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the walk-in shower was a real treat. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep and the overall atmosphere was great.

The internet was reliable and the TV had plenty of channels. The staff, especially Becky at the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. The laundry room was convenient and had modern machines. I also loved the option of skipping cleaning days and earning Marriott points. The complimentary breakfast and other extras like free newspapers and afternoon cookies were a nice touch.

I had a great stay at this Residence Inn. Despite a few minor issues like isolated location, parking challenges during events, and inconsistent cleaning service, I would still highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland Avon at The Emerald Event Center. The rooms were great and the drinks were excellent. The king studio had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and glassware. We also appreciated the free WiFi during our stay. The hotel served as a convenient base for exploring Avon.
